Amy is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), and an Associate Certified Counselor (ACC) accredited by the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and the International Coaching Federation.

With 19 years of experience as a certified school counselor, Amy holds a Master's in Counselor Education, allowing her to bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her coaching practice.

Preferring the title of Empowerment Coach, Amy's approach centers around self-awareness as the cornerstone of personal growth. Through meaningful conversations, she delves into understanding "who you are", creating a safe space for exploration and connection. Amy works with adults and with teens ages 14-17. Teen clients must be coaching curious and not attending if they do not want to be coached.
