I am an executive & leadership coach who collaborates with the greatest people to create the best possible experience of work, with a focus on meaning, alignment and leadership. My mission is to help everyone I partner with create their ideal relationship with work, one that lets them thrive, experience more satisfaction and flow, and deliver excellence.

And it turns out, while we're building a better relationship with work, we're also getting better at living the life we want and being the people we want to be. I love being a partner on that path for my clients.

I have a particular interest and research background in people who have experienced layoff, job displacement, or simply bad work that impacted their confidence, sense of purpose and career plan. I know there is a path forward in difficult times - if this is you, reach out.

In addition to my coaching practice, I teach at the graduate level at Columbia University, co-host the Inside Job Podcast, and advise senior leaders on culture at work. I am always up for new ideas to explore.
