Coaching is a collaborative, purposeful partnership rooted in conversation and deep questions. I love talent wayfinding with clients to uncover what lies ahead. I coach those in transition: work, leadership, life, and career. Think of me as the "guide on the side" to support what you what you want to work on to reach your full potential.

In coaching sessions, I act as thinking partner to cultivate how you can thrive and grow. I let you lead, and my job is to help uncover insights, listen actively, reflect back, and to hold space for you. As your coach, I walk alongside you to offer clarity and focus as you process ideas, think about your interests, and work towards your goals.
