Lauren Fine

I am a physician, educator, and TEDx speaker who coaches professionals through high-stakes decisions and career transitions. After 15 years in medicine and academic leadership, I made my own pivot from full-time clinical practice into education, entrepreneurship, and coaching, so I understand firsthand what it takes to change direction without losing yourself in the process.

My coaching is for people standing at a crossroads: leaders weighing a major move, professionals questioning whether their current path still fits, and high achievers who look successful on paper but feel stuck. I help clients get clear on what they actually want, make the decision they have been avoiding, and build a plan they can act on.

My approach is direct, practical, and grounded. I draw on a background in clinical reasoning and a writing practice that values specifics over platitudes. You will not get vague affirmations or recycled frameworks.
