Stephen Kennedy

After 30 years as a geologist and leader in the oil and gas industry, I came to a crossroads as to which path to take. I chose the path of helping others through coaching, using my experience as a leader of small and large teams and integrating across disciplines. Combining this with my innate empathy for those in need or seeking to improve their lot in life creates a powerful space for you to do your best thinking and create change.

I have particular understanding of those whose path has echoes of mine:
- existential angst over working in a maligned industry
- desire to improve leadership skills and be the best leader possible
- dealing with a career crossroads and having to make life changing decisions in line with personal values
- facing anxiety over a spiritual crises and objectively determining which beliefs are truly personal and not just inherited.
