Loreta Vatamanu

I assist experienced professionals, both specialists and managers, in defining their professional goals and cultivating a powerful growth mindset, so that they can build their careers and lives according to their own needs and values. To do so, I design a framework that focuses them on continuous progress, competency development, and, most importantly, on taking action.

I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a certified Design Thinking practitioner and facilitator, with over 15 years of experience in people development. In my coaching practice, I apply the Design Thinking philosophy and mindset, empowering clients to chart their own career course as a purpose-driven personal path.

On a personal level, I believe that we all have more power in us than we realize and that we become better each day. However, when we make our efforts intentional, we will do it faster.

I believe in action and progress, not perfection. So, when working with me, don’t expect “perfect”, but do expect honesty, empowerment, inspiration, and my full attention on you.
