About Rachel

TL;DR

The ENTRADA Method helps individuals shift from soul-destroying careers to find fulfillment. I partner with tech execs to achieve their career goals.

Overview
I developed the ENTRADA Method to help individuals release anxiety and dread, enabling them to feel energized, and alive and discover true fulfillment. With over 14 years of experience working with tech executives, I’ve identified three major mistakes they often make that hinder their full potential. My goal is to guide clients through these challenges and help them achieve their career aspirations.

I’m a Career Energy Coach with a diverse background in coaching, counselling, education, health, executive recruitment, IT, and hospitality across Australia, South-East Asia, Europe, and North America. I settled in Vancouver, B.C. Canada, in 1996.

My journey began at Monash University, advising international and mature students and organizing career workshops. In 2009, after working with a career coach, I transitioned from a Marketing Events Manager to a more fulfilling work as a career professional.

I hold multiple certifications, including Certified Positive Psychology Coach, Master Therapeutic Counsellor, Certified Body Centred Coach, Certified Practitioner of Coherence Therapy, and Master Practitioner and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Coach. I also have a Masters in Medical Qigong and Shamanic Chinese Medicine.

My mission is to create a world where 80% of the population is doing Meaningful Work. I invite you to partner with me and find out how to Work Your Dream!
