About Cat
Hi, I'm Cat!
I work full-time in a leadership role, often putting in long hours each week. Outside of work, you'll usually find me at the gym, attending mobility classes, making pottery, spending time with friends, travelling, cooking, or tackling the endless list of day-to-day tasks that come with adult life.
People often ask how I manage to fit everything in while still getting enough sleep and staying on top of my responsibilities. The answer isn't that I'm naturally organised or disciplined, because I'm not.
For years, I struggled with procrastination, overwhelm, and feeling like there simply weren't enough hours in the day. As someone with ADHD, I know what it's like to have big goals, good intentions, and a brain that doesn't always make things easy.
Everything changed when I stopped looking for the perfect productivity hack and started building systems that actually worked for me. Through years of trial and error, I learned how to create routines, habits, and structures that helped me become more consistent, more organised, and better at following through on the things that matter most.
My professional background is in leadership, where I've spent years coaching, mentoring, and supporting people to improve performance, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals. One of the things I enjoy most is helping people identify what's really holding them back and creating practical, realistic plans to move forward.
I don't believe in hustle culture, unrealistic morning routines, or pretending that life is perfectly organised all the time. I believe in creating systems that work for real people with real lives.
If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in a cycle of procrastination, struggling to stay consistent, or finding it difficult to make progress on goals that matter to you, I'd love to help. Together, we'll uncover what's getting in your way, create a plan that fits your life, and build the accountability needed to turn good intentions into real progress.
