About Kelsey
You deserve balance, clarity, and well being, all of which is within your reach.
Coaching is a powerful self-development tool that can empower you to make fundamental, sustainable changes. Working together, you can clarify goals, cultivate self-awareness, explore options, develop strategies, and take action towards your new future. Whether you're facing a challenge and need immediate clarity or are considering a change and wish to prepare, let's work together to set you up for success.
My coaching approach is holistic and gently cultivates lasting personal and professional growth. As a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), I leverage my intuition to help others see what they may be missing and help connect the dots. I have a strong ability to hold space and stillness for others, so come prepared to talk, reflect, and think deeply.
I'm guided by collaboration, growth, and respect, values that are deeply rooted in my professional background as a leader, advocate, and doer in the environmental, nonprofit, and public sectors.
Let's start with a 30 minute discovery conversation to get to know one another and see if coaching is a good fit for you. Visit https://calendar.app.google/TtiMDemAWUo8cbsu5 OR email me to find a time!
I'm currently earning an Associate Certified Coach credential through the International Coaching Federation and am a credentialed Enneagram practitioner. I hold an M.A. in Library Science and B.A. in Communication. My pronouns are she/her.
Clients are saying:
