I am an experienced leader, recruiter, business partner, advisor and leadership & executive coach. With over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition in large corporate environments, navigating complex workforce, workplaces and business relationships, and leading large, diverse, distributed teams, I’ve seen and navigated a lot of situations, challenges, and personalities.

My proudest work is leading a team with consecutive years of high engagement, built on a culture of trust, connection, and genuine care. Growing into my authentic leadership style took courage and conviction, and required me to throw away what I thought leadership “should” look like and instead chart my own path.

I am convinced that authenticity, honesty, and bringing our whole selves to the table - flaws and all - is the leadership we need urgently & more than ever in our organizations, communities, teams, and homes. And, once you find it for yourself, you’ll never go back.

My core values are trust and curiosity. I demonstrate this through continuous learning, active listening, genuine care, telling the truth, admitting what I don’t know, and being able to laugh at my shortcomings.

I am a wife, a mom, a dog lover, a traveler, a home chef, a reader, an amateur gardener and more. I am seeking to understand myself more each day, and to live a life that is more true, more whole - everywhere I go.
