Andrea Buwalda

I'm a career coach focused on career growth and mindset. I spent more than seven years in technical recruitment, partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders.

I moved internally as a coach, and have worked as an internal coach in a large organisation as well as a start-up for 5 years. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made!

We work together to identify your challenges, clarify your goals, explore practical options, and create actionable next steps that feel realistic and aligned with where you want to go.

I help clients move forward in their careers by co-creating practical strategies:
Effective job searching, professional branding, career transitions, facilitating mock interviews
and interview preparation.
