I coach leaders and senior executives in marketing, media and advertising - people stepping into bigger roles, recovering from burnout, or working out whether to stay or go.
I spent over twenty years in marketing and advertising leadership, including L'Oréal ANZ, before training as a coach. So when a client describes an always-on culture, a restructure, or the weight of doing the work of three people, I'm not imagining it.
