About Naila
You can be capable, successful and functioning well on the outside, yet still reach a point where something no longer feels right. You may feel disconnected from yourself, uncertain about what comes next, caught in overthinking, or simply aware that the life you are living no longer feels as meaningful or fulfilling as it once did.
I’m Naila Ahmed, a Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology practitioner and EMCC-accredited Practitioner coach, with a Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. I bring years of coaching experience alongside a wider professional background spanning education, charities and public-sector work.
My work is grounded in coaching psychology and the science of wellbeing, rather than generic motivational coaching. Depending on what you need, our work may explore your values, strengths, identity, confidence, meaning and purpose, resilience, self-trust, decision-making and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
I particularly enjoy working with thoughtful, capable people who have reached a point of transition, disconnection or reassessment — perhaps after years of focusing on work, family, achievement or other people’s needs — and now want greater clarity about who they are, what matters to them and how they want the next part of their life to look.
My approach is reflective but practical. I won’t tell you how to live your life or give you a formula to follow. Instead, I provide a focused space to think more clearly, understand yourself more deeply and translate insight into realistic, sustainable change.
My training in positive psychology means we can go beyond simply asking “What is wrong?” and also explore questions such as: What matters to you? What brings out the best in you? What gives your life meaning? What strengths are you underusing? What would a life that feels more like your own actually look like?
I work with clients internationally and offer coaching online, providing a thoughtful, culturally sensitive approach for people from a wide range of professional and personal backgrounds.
If you know something needs to change but you are not yet sure what that change should be, coaching can be a very good place to begin.
