About Filipa

I help professionals and emerging leaders navigate career transitions, communicate with greater confidence and develop their leadership in international and multicultural environments.

I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with more than 20 years of experience in adult learning, communication and professional development. I have supported clients through career changes, new professional responsibilities, confidence challenges, decision-making and cross-cultural adaptation. I am also a mentor in Nova SBE’s Build Up programme.

My coaching style is reflective, supportive and practical. I create a confidential space where you can step back from immediate pressures, think more clearly and explore your situation from different perspectives. Together, we clarify what you want to achieve, identify what may be holding you back and translate your insights into realistic actions.

I do not offer generic formulas or tell you what decisions to make. Instead, I ask thoughtful questions, challenge assumptions when useful and help you recognise your own strengths, resources and possibilities.

I coach online in Portuguese, English, French, Spanish and Italian. I particularly enjoy working with mid-career professionals, emerging leaders, expatriates and internationally mobile professionals who are navigating change, building confidence or working across cultures.
