I am Dr. Mark A. Mitchell, founder of Pay Attention Coaching® and an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach (ACC). As a retired United States Air Force veteran, I bring more than 20 years of leadership experience across the military, federal government, and private sector. I hold a Doctor of Business Administration and a Master of Public Administration, both focused on leadership, and I am an Everything DiSC® Certified Practitioner.

My coaching is honest, strategic, and personal. I listen carefully, ask direct questions, challenge assumptions when needed, and help you turn insight into action. Together, we clarify your direction, strengthen your decision-making, address unhelpful patterns, and develop practical steps aligned with your values, responsibilities, and goals.

I work with mid-career professionals, career changers, emerging and experienced leaders, senior leaders, executives, veterans transitioning to civilian careers, and professionals navigating burnout or major life transitions. Pay Attention Coaching® is based in Spokane, Washington, and serves clients nationwide via Zoom, Google Meet, or phone. Saturday appointments are available by reservation.
