About Hiroko

Hello, my name is Hiroko. I am an ICF accredited program trained coach, working toward my ACC credential. I bring a reflective, culturally aware, and systems-informed approach to coaching.

My background includes working across multinational organizations, countries, and diverse professional environments. I have collaborated with cross-functional teams and worked closely with people at different levels of seniority—from individual contributors and direct reports to directors and CFO-level leadership. That experience gave me a broad perspective on how people think, communicate, make decisions, and operate within organizations.

I am also attentive to the cultural and racial dynamics that can shape both individual experiences and team relationships. Having worked in racially and culturally diverse teams and communities, I understand that identity, communication styles, power dynamics, and organizational expectations can all influence how people show up at work.

My coaching style is reflective and nonjudgmental. I create space for clients to slow down, explore what is happening beneath the surface, clarify what they want, and identify patterns or blocks that may be limiting their growth.

I am passionate about neuroscience, and my coaching is informed by neuroscience-based inquiry. Rather than relying only on willpower or pushing harder, I help clients explore how habits, assumptions, emotions, and patterns of thinking may be shaping their choices. The goal is to work with the way the brain actually learns and adapts, so change can feel more intentional, sustainable, and aligned with who you are.

***I currently offer a no-commitment, one-time trial session for those who'd like to experience coaching at a low rate. Message me if you'd like to take a first pass at getting clarity on your transition.***
