The heart of my work is helping mid-to-late career professionals navigate career transitions and retirement with confidence so they can design a meaningful next chapter instead of drifting into it. Grounded in the CliftonStrengths framework, my approach empowers clients to identify and leverage their natural talents to make intentional, aligned decisions about what comes next.

Before launching my coaching practice, I held senior leadership roles at Citigroup and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. My experience spans strategic planning, risk assessment, policy development, regulatory and audit engagement, and intelligence analysis. This background enables me to relate to professionals seeking to move beyond traditional career paths—particularly those later in their careers who are considering a transition into retirement.

Outside of work, I’m an Appalachian Trail section hiker and former restaurant owner—pursuits that reflect my love for adventure, resilience, and also entrepreneurship!
