I am a Transformation Life Coach, Energy Healer and Reiki Master/Teacher who before October 2021 worked in the Financial Services Industry in Investment Banking and Consultancy. I have extensive experience in Operational Management, Mentoring, transforming processes, streamlining and monetizing efficiencies.

Covid has been a catalyst for change in our lives and has also bought up a lot of emotion which is causing us to re-evaluate our current situation and even make decisions to change direction. Buried deep-set emotions are re-surfacing and this is causing us to be unsettled and lost. Many people feel they have lost direction, motivation, focus and are struggling to re-find it. Many people have also had some form of 'wakeup call' from a mental or physical health issue or a challenging situation which has come their way. There is a widespread difficulty to cope.
