I'm a certified professional coach and committed relationship nerd. I've spent most of my adult life studying how individuals and couples create conditions for thriving love.

The ideas and practices I teach have transformed my life and marriage; I rely on them daily to clarify my thinking, animate my courage, and expand my capacity to give and receive love.

In my first career as a user experience designer, I thought a lot about how good data supports skillful decision making. As a coach, I apply the same principles to helping people gather good data when faced with difficult choices and make decisions they respect.

My coaching approach is pragmatic, nonjudgmental, and rooted in differentiation theory. Differentiation is your ability to balance intimacy and autonomy in relationship—to belong to yourself while closely connected with people who are important to you.

I live in Florida with my husband of 12 years and our two children. I am an avid reader, an experienced meditator, and enjoy outdoor adventures and making up recipes.
