Hi, I'm Milka — a leadership coach, retreat facilitator, and organizational change consultant with 20+ years of experience helping leaders and teams do the hard, rewarding work of transformation. I founded Simetras Team Experiences because I believe the most powerful change in any organization starts with the people willing to lead it. That belief drives everything I do.

I work with executives and leadership teams who are navigating complexity — whether that's a culture that's gotten stuck, a team that's lost its alignment, or a leader who's ready to step into a bigger version of themselves. I've led C-suite consultations at Fortune 500 companies across the U.S. and internationally, facilitated Outward Bound retreats, and designed transformational offsites for organizations that need more than a motivational day — they need real, lasting change. My clients have included companies like Verizon, Gates Foundation, The Knight Foundation and Unilever, as well as nonprofits and public sector organizations nationally and globally.

My approach is co-creative and experiential. I don't show up with a script — I show up with deep expertise in group dynamics, organizational design, and human behavior, and I build the work around what your team actually needs. I hold certifications in Hogan, MBTI, DiSC, and Gallup StrengthsFinder, and I bring a foundation in Cultural Anthropology (Columbia University) and an MBA (Babson College) to every engagement. Before founding Simetras, I co-founded DEI and women's leadership ventures and honed my consulting craft at KPMG's People & Change practice, Oliver Wyman's Leadership Development practice and Linkage-Society Human Resource Management's Leadership.
