Allyson Regis, PhD

Hello!! My name is Dr. Allyson Regis and I am the Founder of Liberated Professionals, LLC - a career coaching and organizational consultation business!

Over the past 10 years, I have enjoyed helping clients reach their full potential and get unstuck both personally and professionally. I love working with early-career professionals and have extensive experience working with recent undergraduate and graduate students. I have also worked a lot with first-generation college students, first-generation Americans, and people of color. As someone who identifies as part of those groups, I easily connect with and understand the challenges we have to navigate in order to be successful.

Through my experience as a licensed psychologist, I am deftly able to get to the root of an issue and work together with my clients to address those areas. I'm all about helping those I work with to self-reflect, take action, be consistent, and stay accountable in order to see progress in their professional goals. As a coach, I help clients tackle issues head-on by generating problem-solving strategies and solutions.

Particularly for those who work (or are training to work) in the mental health field or for those who work in DEI, I offer years of experience as a mental health practitioner, professor in a mental health counseling program, and as a coordinator and supervisor of a graduate counseling internship program where I train individuals to improve their clinical and cross-cultural counseling skills.

All of my services are offered virtually so I'm happy to meet with anyone located anywhere!
