As a solutions-focused coach, I have many modalities and tools in my toolbox, and I enjoy helping each client find the their own way to their desired outcome.

I offer in-person (On Maui, Hawaii) and virtual sessions. and specialize in Integrative Hypnotherapy.

I start with the 3 'R's - RECOGNIZE what is the issue, what wants changing.
REPLACE with new updated behaviors, habits and beliefs
and
REINFORCE consistently with the tools and techniques I provide.
