Lidice Nunez

I am a Biodescodification and Clinical Hypnosis practitioner with a professional background in dance, movement, and somatic work.

My approach explores the relationship between symptoms, emotional experiences, personal history, perception, and the conflicts we may experience throughout life. Through personalized one-on-one sessions, I accompany people who want to understand what may be behind what they are experiencing, gain a different perspective, and open new possibilities for awareness and change.

My work integrates my Master’s training in Biodescodification and Clinical Hypnosis with knowledge of Germanic Medicine and extensive experience working with the body, movement, and the mind-body connection.

Sessions are available exclusively in Spanish, online and, depending on availability, in person in Houston.
