About Diego

I'm Diego Vitelli, Founder & Lead Coach at Aurenza Wellness. My work helps people dismantle inherited conditioning so they can fully anchor into their own identity — not in a vacuum, but within the larger contexts, cultures, and systems that shape a life.

As a Colombian-born adoptee, I bring a lived understanding of belonging and identity development to every session.

I'm especially passionate about relationship design in all its forms: traditional partnerships, LGBTQIA+ dynamics, consensual non-monogamy, and polyamory — because everyone deserves to be fully witnessed.

My approach integrates racial and feminist theory, actively naming privilege and power dynamics as part of building real compassion, self-awareness, and liberation.
