Hi! My name is Rhymia and I'm a Certified Professional Life Coach. I also have a certification in relationship coaching and in Health &Wellness. I enjoy helping people making a difference in their lives. I love helping improving their self confidence and self love so that that they can rekindle joy and happiness.

I'm also a mom. I enjoy playing games with my daughter. In my spear time, we play doll house, make overs, and board games. I also invite my daughter in my world. She watches me as I start my morning routine. She witnessed how I take care of myself through finding peace in silence. My daughter do as I do. It's cool to see. Improving selflove, confidence, and self worth is so important to your wellbeing as for your children. They models what they see. I strive to taking care of myself to build a healthy coping mechanism for my daughter.

For fun, I love to dance, sing, and write poetry.
