About Caitlin
I’m Caitlin O’Brient Bauer (she/her), an ACCG advanced certified ADHD Coach trained by the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), PCAC certified coach (PAAC), & a member of the ICF.
I offer ADHD / AuDHD, Business, & Executive Coaching for neurodivergent adults (ADHD, Autistic, & AuDHD) in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. I specialize in working with women in tech, entrepreneurs, new moms, and creatives.
I was diagnosed with ADHD at 8 and late-diagnosed Autistic. It took finding genuine interest in my first love, the theatre, to start engaging my strengths and growing beyond the limitations of my so-called “condition.” I went on to earn a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Miami (Go Canes!) and work in professional theatre. I also have over a decade of entrepreneurial expertise from running my own digital marketing & web design agency.
I take a collaborative and highly customized approach that begins and ends with each client’s personal formula for success. I can help you learn how your brain works, uncover your strengths, get clear on what matters most, and start taking positive, aligned action.
As a coach and multiply neurodivergent (ADHD + Autistic) person, I appreciate the value of having an honest, kind, and fiercely compassionate partner to navigate the ups and downs of the neurodivergent journey. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space for exploration and connection, so you can begin to unmask and start working towards the life you’ve always dreamed of.
