I’m Caitlin O’Brient Bauer (she/her), an ACCG advanced certified ADHD Coach trained by the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), PCAC certified coach (PAAC), AuDHDer, and ICF member.

I offer ADHD / AuDHD, Business, & Executive Coaching for neurodivergent adults (ADHD, Autistic, & AuDHD) in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. I specialize in working with women in tech, entrepreneurs, new moms, and creatives. I’ve coached neurodivergent professionals in leadership, product, design, marketing, sales, and engineering roles at companies including Disney, Google, Meta, Uber, and Salesforce.

My approach is affirming, collaborative, and highly customized—centered around each clients's personalized success formula. I can help you understand how your brain works, uncover your strengths, clarify what matters most, and take aligned, sustainable action.

I was diagnosed with ADHD at 8 and late diagnosed Autistic. It took finding genuine interest in my first love, the theatre, to start engaging my strengths and growing beyond the limitations of my "condition." I went on to earn a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Miami (Go Canes!) and worked professionally as a performer before founding and running a digital marketing and web design agency for over a decade.

I began to feel the pull toward a career change before my daughter was born in late 2019. But it was the overlap of early motherhood and a global pandemic that finally forced me to slow down. That unexpected pause created space I might not have otherwise claimed—to reflect, recalibrate, and reimagine my path. It led me to ADHD coaching, where I’ve been able to integrate my lived experience as an AuDHD adult, my entrepreneurial background, and my love of human connection into work that feels both sustainable and meaningful.

As a coach and multiply neurodivergent (AuDHD: ADHD + Autistic) person, I deeply value having an honest, kind, and fiercely compassionate partner to navigate the ups and downs of the neurodivergent journey. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space for exploration and connection, so that you can begin to unmask and start living a more authentic life.
