Marcy Crandle

I'm a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP). I trained at iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching), a fully accredited program by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Before becoming a coach, I dedicated the last seven years to career development in higher education, where I developed and implemented innovative student programming. Utilizing a strengths-based approach, I advised students to facilitate self-awareness, career exploration, goal setting, and action planning.

As your coach, I will harness this experience to support you in creating and achieving your vision, overcoming obstacles that block your progress, and recognizing and embracing your unique and beautiful self.
