After a life defining moment back in 2018 I became conscious of my inside world. I had just gone through a breakup, my business went south and I lost a big amount of money. All in the same 30 minutes.

I remember sitting on the floor, balling my eyes out, devistated and in huge emotional pain.

It was that very moment though, where the big questions came back and started swirrling through my mind:

Who am I? What am I even doing here?
What is the purpose of all this anyway?
How the heck did I end up here?

I intuitively followed question after question and went on to write over 100 pages in the following 7 days, coaching myself and showing myself the answers I so desperately needed.

Ever since that moment I have been obsessed with this work and soon after decided to help others to empower their lives through the art of self coaching.
