My career has always involved supporting people, in Customer Service early on, the majority of my career was supporting staff in many organisations in HR. That evolved to Coaching.

I now offer one main programme as well as coaching.
Rising Stars: The first 90 days is a mentoring programme for new staff in organisations. It helps them to quickly adapt to their new role and culture so that they embrace the challenge and become a loyal member of the company. The programme has been developed in response to the challenges of the post-pandemic workplace where so many have left, to be replaced by staff who dont have the same experience or approach to work. I combine my HR skills and knowledge with Coaching and Mentoring to deliver this programme.

In addition to this, I offer holistic coaching, covering life and business.
I have successfully navigated mid-life as well as an empty nest.
My style is straightforward, challenging, common sense and practical.
