Ashley McLemore

An inclusion expert that's studied race and gender for over 10 years. Guiding employees impacted by workplace bias and the damaging effects of career burnout through private coaching and advising. In addition to her lived experience, she holds a Master’s degree in Health Education concentrating on race, gender, and sexuality. Ashley piloted DEI+ initiatives in leading public health companies – to the largest city health agency in the US.
