About Me:
Due to my personal experiences with back pain, it has become my philosophy that anyone, no matter how busy, can relieve their pain with proper teaching and the right knowledge.

The pain came with a gift, a drive to understand how and why the body gets injured, and responds to injury, an appreciation for helping people in pain, and an ambition to learn more about how the body works and responds to injury. And, of course, how to stay injury and pain free.

My mission is to help those who have tried everything else become back pain free as quickly and as “pain free” as possible. Especially busy business people that don’t necessarily have a ton of time to focus on getting back pain free
