I am a Relationship & Self Image Strategist Coach who serve & support busy, professional, high achieving women through relational trauma after divorce or involvement in unhealthy relationships by providing them with tools and proven strategies to help reclaim their self confidence and identity. The tools and strategies learned can be used for a lifetime, ultimately allowing them to become a happier, healthier version of themself.

Divorced mother of three, I’ve ‘benn there’ with over 10 years of experience. My expertise allows my clients to start at point A and progress to where they want to be in a matter of weeks. Clients often describe me as relatable, very transparent, and easy to talk to. My goal is to always be fully engaged and support my clients by being the woman I needed during my pain staking experiences. I am a true believer that we teach people how to treat us.
