Hina Pitroda

Moving mothers from stress and overwhelm to calm and connection

About Hina

“Health is the first wealth” is a favorite quote of mine. When you have your health and happiness, you have the foundations to access your complete well-being and potential. You can pursue your passion, goals, and a life with meaning and purpose.

As a board certified health and wellness coach (National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching), mindfulness meditation teacher, and a trained teacher of mindful self-compassion, I approach well-being holistically. Well-being and health are an integration of the physical, mental, and spiritual. [Being well is more than good numbers on the blood tests—being well is the ability to feel joy in the things that you do, being resilient in the face of difficulties, having hope, and respecting yourself.

I believe each person is unique, yet no one person stands alone—we re all connected to each other in profound ways and deeply impact each other, making our relationships an important part of our picture of health.

This is most important in my work with mothers, as they are the foundation for their children. If a mother is lacking, and empty, she struggles to be the mother she desires. When a mother is healthy and well, the impact she creates in her children, has repercussions for all of us, as this child is also a part of our world and society. Blooming secure mothers has far reaching benefits.

I partner with you to create health and lifestyle habits you can sustain. Using whole-person, evidence-based approaches, we work together to discover innate strengths, and build skillful mindsets and habits. We address your beliefs and confidence to adapt those health habits, keeping you in charge. You build new ways of thinking and doing, using positive emotion, and aligning your actions with your deeper values. Your actions today become the foundations for your future health and happiness.

I have lived in 3 different countries, and bring a diverse and multicultural perspective to well-being. Inclusivity and a non-judgmental attitude are my foundational values. In addition, I believe no day is complete without some humility, lightness, and laughter.
