Leticia Barker

I began this journey of discovering how to use my talents and gifts for the glory of God and have ended up on a path to coaching. I am a certified Life Coach through the Beautiful You Academy and am currently advancing my certification in Leadership through Professional Christian Coaching Academy. I believe that education is valuable, and I am committed to being a life-long learner to serve myself and others around me.

I serve as a marriage mentor and support staff in my church. My passion is to teach others how joyful life can be living in God’s love under His promises, claiming them as our own just as He intended us.

Working as a counselor with social services for over thirteen years has taught me the value of self-care and personal growth. I enjoy counseling clients by challenging them to dream the “what-ifs” and “why not’s” while helping to guide them on their own journey to self-sufficiency.

I have also had the privileged experience of working for a Fortune 500 Company coaching employees, Managers, Market Leaders, and Directors alike, inspiring passion, developing motivation, and a desire to grow within themselves in which I received an unexpected benefit of enhancing my leadership skillset development which cultivated self-confidence within myself.

Through my life’s journeys and experiences, I hope to assist others in growth beyond just reaching their goals and aspirations. But with loving guidance, practical help, and encouragement, they will walk away feeling empowered, successful, and courageous. Ready to flourish with new skill sets and a fresh view of life, they will love living. Leaving them to conquer their mindset and lead the world around them.
