About Gwen

As a coach with over 20 years coaching experience, My work supports individuals to make transformational changes in their lives and work and develop the adaptability and resilience needed to thrive in today’s world of ambiguity and uncertainty where change is a constant factor.

I am passionate about learning and supporting individuals to make the most of their potential. I work with clients who know that change is needed and are ready to start the transition process, clarify their purpose, and identify what may be getting in their way and what they need to do to move forward.

My coaching approach is empathetic, supportively challenging, empowering, and pragmatic. I am a learning partner for my clients helping them access the resources they already have, build confidence, and manage their self-doubt. I provide a confidential, non-judgemental safe space for reflection and exploration in order to gain new insights and perspectives. My work is supported by a range of interventions including resilience building, applied neuroscience and psychometrics.

Coaching programmes can be supported by the Curve®, an award-winning intuitive software for clients looking to achieve greater success. With a better understanding of themselves, the creation of a clear one-page plan, and then mapping and tracking their progress on their personal/business goals, clients can see the return on investment from their coaching.

As a Coach Supervisor, I offer supervision to coaches and I undertake my own regular professional supervision to challenge and enhance the quality of my work.

I hold a number of coaching-related qualifications and am licensed to use a variety of psychometric tools, including MBTI Steps I and II; BarOn EQi Emotional Intelligence, EBW - Emotions and Behaviours at Work, and McQuaig; I also provide both, off the shelf, and bespoke 360-degree feedback. I am a member of the EMCC, Association of Coaching, ILM and British Psychological Society. I abide by the Global Code of Ethics for Coaching, Mentoring and Supervision.

My background is in local government, where I have managed teams and worked on large transformational change projects.
