I'm Susan Collins, an executive and leadership coach and former corporate leader. I've spent much of my career watching what helps talented people succeed, what holds them back, and what changes as their responsibilities grow.

I work with successful professionals who have spent years proving what they can do, only to discover that the next level of leadership asks something different of them.

Decisions become more complex. Familiar strengths don't always work the way they used to. And sometimes, despite years of success, you begin questioning yourself.

My coaching helps leaders recognize the patterns shaping their decisions, trust their own judgment, and build the capacity to lead differently.
