About Helen

I'm a coaching psychologist and Senior Practitioner with the EMCC. I'm also a coach Supervisor, helping qualified coaches to develop their practice to serve their clients better.

I love working with positive psychology (how to lead a flourishing life), existential coaching (how to explore our human existence and understand what makes you uniquely you) and Transactional Analysis (how to re-write your life script and have the relationships you want). Together, we'll use a combination of these modalities to create a bespoke coaching experience so you can get your head together, your heart singing with joy, and leave behind all the societal BS you've internalised. Sounds good, right?

I work with smashing humans who feel a bit lost in the world; maybe they've lost a loved one, been divorced, bored of their job and really want to chase their 'secret dream', feel existential angst at where they're at (is this really it? All there is? Spoiler alert: NO) or feel that time is running out.
