Becky Osborne

I am a successful career changer who is looking to help others change their career in addition to helping job seekers. I have over 25 years of experience in human resources working with small growing entrepreneurial businesses where my responsibilities always include talent acquisition. Most recently, as the VP, Talent Acquisition/Senior HR Manager for Bellwether Enterprise, a commercial real estate mortgage banker with 33 offices throughout the US, I helped them grow from 200 to 400 people. Formerly, as the Director of HR for a very cool public accounting firm, SS&G, we grew from 110 employees in 3 offices to 600 employees in 9 offices before we were sold to BDO in 2015. One of my greatest achievements was helping SS&G win the Best Employer in Ohio award for 9 years in addition to keeping our turnover low.

I enjoy getting to know people, building relationships, and sharing connections. I'm inclusive and look to broaden perspectives by helping others see different points of view. I am also a good listener.
