I've been working as a coach/consultant since 2014. I love to help business owners and sales professionals grow their businesses and create workplaces that are enjoyable to be in. Being on the outside of a business and looking in allows a unique perspective and vision for the business. Areas we focus on are office morale, office policies, online image, getting more referrals, and growth. I can also assist with creating a mission statement, a vision statement, and well as understanding why a person embarked on a certain business to start with. There is no "one size fits all plan."
