I help driven mums to achieve their business or career goals by knocking the fear out of the park, finding their unique value and shifting their mindset.

I am a Product based business owner (www.Nat-Zen.com, a full-time manager at Meta former Facebook and a mum of two boys under 3 years of age. To say I am busy is an understatement, however, I am like you committed to my personal & professional growth. I know how frustrating it may be to:

* Not having enough hours in the day to do things you like, feeling constant disappointment
* Not enough time to develop your business, career or whatever else you are passionate about
* Feel inferior to people with no kids, or older kids that are independent, feeling like you will never be able to do this ever again
* Feeling unbalanced, overwhelmed, stressed and unsure of what to focus on
* Abandoning yourself, your wellness or self-care needs for the sake of another item on your to-do-list or your people's needs
* Feeling scared, stuck to move forward because of the fear that you will not be able to make it perfect, commit 100%, do it well, etc...

I am a firm believer that success starts within you, it starts with the conversations you are having with yourself, what you believe in, how you project yourself into this world, how well you are feeling emotionally & physically and how aligned is your energy field.

I will work with you over the course of 6 months and we will focus on the following:

* We will work with your fears and will learn to release them to free the space for fulfilment
* We will identify your most important goals and create a crystal-clear strategy & plan on how to achieve them
* There will be accountability throughout our engagement to ensure you will be well on your way to having the business or career of your dreams
