FREDERICK L. McQUEEN

Pastor Frederick L. McQueen is the Senior Pastor of The Sanctuary Covenant Christian Fellowship in Hamilton, Ohio, where he has served for over two decades. A highly credentialed leader, he holds a Master in Chaplaincy, is a Certified Professional Christian Life Coach, Leadership Coach, Board-Certified Christian Mental Health Coach (BCMMHC), and Certified Trauma-Informed Coach. In addition, he is the CEO of LifeSource LLC, which provides Christian leadership coaching and consulting through two specialized divisions: LifeSource Christian Leadership Coaching and LifeSource Consulting.

Pastor McQueen is deeply passionate about learning, growth, and understanding the complexities of the human experience. Known for his ability to see situations from multiple perspectives, he excels at identifying root issues and offering spiritual guidance and insight. With a commitment to holistic care—mind, body, and spirit—he believes that coaching and counseling should address the whole person, helping individuals realize their full potential. With 35 years of management experience and 22 years in organizational training and development, he brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to those seeking guidance and coaching. Despite his accomplishments, he remains humble, crediting his upbringing and spiritual journey for keeping him grounded.

Born in a prayer room on a Sunday evening, Pastor McQueen was prophesied over from birth, with a calling to serve God. His mother frequently reminded him of the prophecy that guided his life, shaping him into the man of faith and leadership he is today. This deep-rooted faith has carried him through a lifetime of service and ministry.

Pastor McQueen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Public Administration, and Social Psychology from the University of Toledo. He has studied Biblical Hebrew at the Israel Institute of Biblical Studies in Tel Aviv and earned numerous certifications from Light University and the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC). His specializations include grief and loss, spiritual formation, and leadership coaching, among many others.

He remains dedicated to ongoing education, continually equipping himself to serve the body of Christ and his community. His approach to ministry is holistic, focusing on the mind, body, and soul to provide complete care to those he serves.

McQueen for 42 years, and together they have four remarkable children—Candace, Traci, Gabriel, and Alexis—and one grandchild, Hannah. He enjoys painting, music, travel, nature, and exploring new experiences in his free time.
