Frederick L. McQueen is a Board-Certified Christian Master Mental Health Coach (BCCMMHC), Senior Pastor of The Sanctuary Covenant Christian Fellowship, and CEO of LifeSource Christian Life and Mental Health Coaching in Hamilton, Ohio. He works with people of all ages to provide life guidance, mental health coaching, and Spiritual Counseling.

Pastor McQueen has always been passionate about helping, motivating, and working with people. He believes that God created us as whole being, and therefore, in coaching and counseling (Spiritual and otherwise), we must seek and provide holistic approaches to help people come into their wholeness and to live their best life. He has used approach effectively and successfully over his last 37 years in ministry, 40 years in management, and 24 years in Organizational Training and Development.

A couple of months into the project the department I was working with was dissolved, leaving me with everything. However, the CEO and Vice President of Human Resources asked me to continue the work. It was rolled out 4 months later to 7 regional hospitals, and 176 regional doctor and specialty offices.”
