About Sondra

In Spanish, the word sueño is a noun and a verb. The noun means "vision" or "dream;"the verb means "I dream."

What is your dream?

Sondra's coaching practice, Sueño Consulting LLC, supports individuals and organizations committed to growth and transformation.

We focus on helping clients navigate life transitions such as:

• Career change
• Workforce re-entry
• Retirement
• Divorce or the loss of a spouse

We specialize in helping women over 40 confronted with life changes, unexpected or intentional, consciously transform their lives.

We also support high school and college aged women with envisioning, designing and implementing their own individual education, career and life plans.

Life transitions can be challenging, messy, even disorienting; there is a newness that isn’t comfortable: the prospect of a blank page at the beginning of a new chapter,
the uncertainty of charting new territory, the feeling of not knowing where or how to begin.

These transitions also present us with opportunities to learn and grow, to reimagine, recreate and reinvent; we can continue the status quo, or we can embrace the unknown, courageously choose to emerge from our experiences transformed and inspired to move through life differently or travel a new path altogether.

What’s possible?

If you long to move beyond surviving to thriving, are drawn to live an authentic, fulfilling, and balanced life, if the call to consciously design and create the life you’ve been yearning for is something you simply cannot resist, Sueño is here to support you.

Sueño coaching will help you
