I have a master's in clinical mental health counseling. I do not work as a psychotherapist, but I combine counseling and mental health coaching. I have worked with adults with stress management, depression, anxiety and drug and alcohol abuse. I have also worked with adolescents with stress management, depression, and anxiety.
