I’m the founder & CEO of Modern HR, where I offer Virtual HR Director services to small & medium UK businesses. I’ve got over two decades of HR experience, a Masters in HR Management, a degree in Business Studies, and Chartered Fellow status from the CIPD.

I’m also a Certified Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
