I have been supporting people for 20+ years in my various HR roles, but always got the biggest buzz when I worked & coached new women leaders in their first 3 months in a leadership role or when they were striving for a leadership role. Setting them up for success to be the brilliant leaders they were born to be, it’s a privilege.

I set up my consultancy & coaching business in Jan 2022 because I needed to follow my calling & be true to my values. Having completed the ILM 7 Executive Coaching & Mentoring course in 2021, I learnt so much about myself & formalised a lot of my experience. I value commitment, variety, adventure, family, & balance.

Working with me clients say I create a safe space for them where they’re able to talk about anything, without judgement. As a coach I ask thought provoking questions and I’ll peel back the layers to find out why you might feel stuck, or unable to speak up, or find it difficult to hold boundaries resulting in frustration as you have ‘no time’. I’ll challenge your limiting beliefs, identify your values, set goals with you & cheer you on all the way.
