I am a proven leader with over 20 years of experience in non-profit, corporate, and church settings. My sweet spot is being the powerful second chair serving behind the scenes to develop and elevate a first chair to improve in their leadership.

I coach Type A, Christian women who lead at work in mid-level or executive roles or own their own businesses.

I hold these certifications from IPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching):

- Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (a research-backed assessment I offer all clients)
