Hello Sacred One,

I am delighted to champion the work of the soul in my coaching practice. I believe this is a time of coming home to our bodies, our spiritual and human potential, and our connection to each other and the earth in practical and profound ways.

I employ a woman-centered focus in my coaching as taught my Clair Zammit while weaving in my own personal passions, research, and trainings in depth psychology, archetypal exploration, hormonal health and cycle tracking, mindfulness, spiritual wellness, connection to the divine, somatic awareness, and the art and science of change and materialization.

The result is a sacred relationship in which you are witnessed and held in all of your depth, complexity, and humanness while you unwind the old limiting stories that hold you back from the greatest potential you know is waiting to shine from deep within you.
