Maimon Md.Arif

Maimon is a Senior Advisor and Co-Founder of Elevate for Impact LLP a Coaching-centric Consultancy. An ICF ACC certified coach. She Coaches Social Leaders to GROW and ELEVATE their impact to achieve their dream of building a better world.

She retired as the Group CSR Director from a public listed group in 2019. As the CSR Director, she advocated for capacity building and collaboration amongst stakeholders; with the common goal of reducing inequity, specifically in rural schools.

She has extensive experience in the ceramic tile manufacturing industry. She was an active member of FMM (Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers) she was elected in various positions; chairman of the Malaysian Ceramic Industrial Group, chairman of the Ceramic Industrial Club of ASEAN (CICA) and represented Malaysian ceramic manufacturers at the World Ceramic Tile Forum. She was also appointed into FMM council, as a council member she took on the working committee chair for Energy Management and Sustainability Development.

A trustee in several NGOs since 2015, she brings her insight to inject professionalism, governance and sustainability in boards of trustees of NGOs where she volunteers. Her more than 30 years’ corporate experience and serving on Board of several NGOs, gives her a deep insight of both Corporate and NGOs ecosystems.
